Keto Friendly Options at Dunkin’ Donuts: Easy On The Go Low Carb Menu

As we all know, coffee is what keeps most of us alive through those really tough and challenging weeks. We have all made extra time in our schedules before, just to make sure you have the time to grab that much needed coffee right before that extra long shift at work. But for those of us who live a ketogenic lifestyle we often times find ourselves trying to figure out how we can make coffee fit into our eating routine but for it still to taste like that amazing but horrifically sweet drink you drank before you began keto. So I decided to take it upon myself to get together a list of drinks that are perfect for a day in the keto life, on top of all of that I have even put together a list of food items that are perfect for that low-carb lifestyle.

Things to Remember:

  • Always remember, if you are ordering any food items to always opt for no bread, muffin, bagel, or toast.
  • Stay away from any coffee flavorings besides the sugar-free flavors.
  • The only creamer offered at Dunkin’ Donuts that is keto friendly is half and half, so always ask for light cream.
  • Stay away from any dairy free creamers, they all contain sugar. Your best bet is to bring some keto approved creamer with you, but I know that everyone can’t be that prepared all of the time.
